Welcome to our Pasta and Wine Class, a celebration of Italian cuisine crafted with care and minimal waste. Learn the art of sourcing, cleaning, and preparing fresh ingredients to elevate your pasta dishes to perfection.

During the class, you'll uncover essential tips and tricks to create flavorful, authentic pasta recipes with ease.

​

The experience begins with a warm welcome and freshly prepared appetizers. Together, we’ll cook dishes like One-Pot Pasta, Quick Lamb Ragu, Bruschetta Pasta Salad, and Cashew Basil Pesto Pasta with Grilled Chicken. Afterward, gather around to enjoy your creations paired with expertly selected wines. End the meal with a delightful dessert and your choice of coffee or tea.

Nigerian

Ogogoro

This cooking class is designed to teach the art of preparing Nigerian food with minimal waste while celebrating its rich flavors and techniques. You'll learn how to source, clean, and prep Nigerian vegetables, master various cuts of meat, beans, and produce, and explore the ideal cooking methods for each ingredient.

Throughout the session, you'll uncover a wealth of tips and tricks to create the most delicious Nigerian dishes. Using the rich chicken stock made during the class, we will prepare staples like Jollof Rice and Fried Beef Stew or Ofada Rice with Chicken Ayamase, paired with sides like Efo Riro with Kpomo or Amala with Gbegiri, Goat Meat Stew, and Ewedu. You’ll also take home freshly made Puff Puff for later enjoyment.

The class begins with a warm welcome featuring freshly cooked 22B snacks. After cooking, everyone will gather in the 22B galley to savor the meal, accompanied by expertly paired zobo, chapman, and palm wine cocktails. The experience ends on a sweet note with dessert and your choice of coffee or tea.

Thai

Cocktails

This Thai Sip and Cook, inspired by Anu’s experience living with Thai people, delves into the heart of Thai home cooking and its vibrant flavors. Discover how to source, prep, and cook with authentic ingredients while mastering essential techniques for creating balanced and aromatic dishes.

​

The session kicks off with a warm welcome and freshly prepared snacks. Participants will prepare classic Thai dishes such as Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad), Tod Man Khao Pod (Corn Fritters), Pad Kra Pao (Basil Stir-fry), and Kaeng Khiao Wan (Green Curry), using traditional methods, including making fresh coconut milk.

​

Enjoy your culinary creations in a family-style feast, complemented by Thai-inspired cocktails like lemongrass mojitos and Thai iced tea mocktails. Conclude this immersive experience with a traditional Thai dessert, paired with your choice of coffee or tea.
